Examples of Mutation Record Retrieval
 
Example 1, to find mutations occuring in the DNA binding domains of the P53 protein related to adrenal glands,
Click on the "Extent of a DNA-binding region [DNA_BIND]" option in the "Features on the P53 Protein" box. Then click on the "ADRENAL GLAND" option from the "Topography" box. Selected options would be highlighted.
 
Example 2, to select "Tandem" mutations that result in either "Frame shifts" or "Missense",
Click on the "Tandem" option in the "Mutation Type" box. Then click on the "Frame Shift" and "Missense" options in the "Mutation Effect Type" box while holding down the <CTRL> key. Selected options would be highlighted.
